Dagoa is always ready to fight for the cause of women. She knows that it can have a certain balance between man and woman, as indicated by the image above with the fused symbols of man and woman. A few days before International Women’s Day, Dagoa wanted to honour the feminist men who fought and still fight.
This article was to be called « feminism in the masculine », but by checking if this title was not already used, Dagoa learned that Benoite Groult, writer, had used it for her book. Here is an excerpt from the book’s abstract:

“What can be done so that marriage ceases to be a woman’s tomb, and the legal means of her enslavement? Rare men have asked these questions, and it is to these courageous freethinkers, writers or politicians of past centuries, that Benoîte Groult pays tribute here. Adopting an unprecedented perspective, it gives voice to the first feminists, and honors men who, like Condorcet, Stuart Mill or Fourier, had the strength to shake the prejudices, to speak out against injustice and denounce the alleged inferiority of women as the result of an abuse of power »
feminism in the masculine by ,Benoite Groult
According to Wikipedia, the term «feminism» is often attributed to the French philosopher Charles Fourier (1772-1837) through his writings and as a defender of women’s freedom and egalitarianism. An excerpt from the work of Condorcet (philosopher, mathematician and French politician) on «the admission of women to city rights»
reminds us that rights are for everyone or no one.
«The rights of men result only from the fact that they are sentient beings, capable of acquiring moral ideas and reasoning on these ideas. Thus women, having the same qualities, necessarily have equal rights. Or no individual of the human race has real rights, or all have the same: and whoever votes against the right of another, whatever his religion, colour or sex, has therefore abjured his own.»
Condorcet, On the Admission of Women to the Right of the City (1790) in the Complete Works.

In conclusion, Dagoa evokes contemporary men who embrace feminism and explain why, for example, Dutch activist and coach Jens van Tricht :
“He argues in his recent book “Why Feminism is Good for Men,” that feminism is not only about improving the position and status of women, but also about freeing men (and women) from the restrictive codes that hold them back. For men, feminism can provide the inspiration to evolve towards more cooperative and egalitarian relationships and friendships, greater sharing of care and professional responsibilities, and work to reduce organized and individual violence.»

Dagoa invites you to followwho is proud to be part of “feminist men”. According to him, many issues presented as women’s problems are actually men’s problems. And, there is also Jérémy Patinier, journalist who released a book in 2021: ” Small Guide to Feminism for Men”… Everything is said, right?
